REI's twitter feed... I like REI. They are a good company and they sell sweet stuff... That being said, They posted this product two days in a row,
Mammut's Ambient Light Accessory... I looked at it and said, dang you want $10 for this? It's a simple defuser.... The first ad they posted was for $40 but it included the headlamp... but still.. it's a lot of money...
.: So I made my own for about 5 cents... a foot of wax paper from the kitchen, roll it a couple times and tape it to my headlamp. it's water proof and waaaay lighter then the mammut one... So for any hiker/camper out there that wants to share some light in a tent... grab some wax paper and save your $10.
